This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. This post is a rare and exciting opportunity to work within the Critical Care Recovery Service (CCRS). This post is 15hrs at St Johns Hospital. As this is a Pan Lothian Service you will be required to move site on occasion.
The CCRS is a pan Lothian service founded in April 2020. We are a unique service which provides rehabilitation and support to patients after discharge from ICU. The post holder will have the opportunity to work alongside an engaging MDT, providing focused and tailored rehabilitation for patients within hospital and in their community setting after discharge.
The post holder is required to be an experienced ICU nurse who is organised and self motivated as well as highly empathetic towards patients and relatives. Ability to show leadership and team work are essential.
As the job is part time, there would be the opportunity to work alongside the CCRS in one of our Intensive Care Units. This would be a separate application, if interested please speak to Jo Thompson about this.
