We are looking for caring and enthusiastic people to become Care and Support Workers on a regular waking night shift basis. You will want to make a difference to our service users lives.
We create teams around our service users and so you will work mostly in one or two services, depending on the needs of those we support. We rota our staff onto shifts weeks in advance but there is always an opportunity to pick up more shifts due to Annual leave etc.
We are looking for someone who has passion, enthusiasm, and wants to make a real difference to someone's life. You will be supporting adults with every day living, some of whom require minimal support right through to those with more complex health needs, You will help to support each individual to live a fulfilled life and remain as independent as possible. Some every day jobs could include; administering medication, giving personal care, doing some light housework and ensuring our service users are kept safe at night times.
Full, on-going training is offered along with the full support of our Team Manager and Senior Support workers, the option to complete a Diploma Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care is something we encourage and love for our employees to progress with the company.
