Role Overview & Responsibilities
MK Industrial & Logistics have partnered with a well known embroidery company based in Ripon.
We are currently hiring for a machine operator working on the cutting machine on a permanent basis.
Job role:
- Working on other machinery as well as cutting machine
- Cutting rolls of material down to specific measures
- Setting up machine
- Make sure machine is running smooth at all times
- Working with other departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Hours and pay:
- 8:30am till 5:30pm
- £25,000 per year (depending on experience)
Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience setting and operating industrial machines will be beneficial
- Strong mechanical aptitude (understanding how things work)
- Inquisitive with good problem solving skills
- Able to work on their own as well as part of the team
