Kitchen Porter

Mimi’s is a modern European restaurant and cocktail bar located in the heart of Weybridge. We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team in a part-time or full-time role!

As a Kitchen Porter you will:

• Assist in basic food preparation

• Washing up and putting away crockery and kitchenware

• Unloading and putting away deliveries

• Waste removal, general kitchen cleaning, deep cleaning equipment

What we're looking for:

• Level 1 Food Safety (if you do not have this, this can be provided)

• Awareness of COSH regulations (if you do not have this, this can be provided)

• Conversational level of English

• Experience of basic kitchen equipment

• Strong positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Basic food preparation skills including vegetable preparation

• Enthusiasm to develop skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
