Role Overview & Responsibilities
The burn centre at Pinderfields provides specialist care to patients who have sustained thermal injury or skin loss disorders. We are a regional centre of excellence and part of the Northern Burn Care Operational Delivery Network. We receive referrals from across Yorkshire, Humber and North Lincolnshire and cover a geographical catchment population of 3.6 million.
Following a huge investment into the service, we are looking to appoint an administrator to support all members of the burn centre MDT across both the adult and children's burn service.
You must be able to undertake general office duties and be confident in receiving telephone calls. You will be working across many of the NHS clinical systems, including supporting the data clerk with the accurate in-put and recording of clinical data onto a national database for burn care (iBID). You will be self-motivated, adaptable, have excellent time management skills and a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges. You will be working in a team who are passionate about burn care.
There post is part time, working 26 hours per week. Working days are Monday to Friday.
