A vacancy is now available for an experienced and dedicated Mental Healthcare Assisstant in Worthing, West Sussex. The successful Mental Healthcare Assisstant will required to support the nursing staff and be committed to provide high quality care to patients aged 18 and over.

Mental Healthcare Assistant essential skills and experience:

• The ability to observe, assess and respond appropriately to patient needs.
• Support senior staff
• Excellent communication and listening skills;
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with patients, their families and colleagues.
• To keep calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging or confrontational behaviour.
• Effective team work skills

• Minimum 6 months recent experience in a hospital setting
• Occupational Health in line with the dept. of health
• Eligibility to work within the UK
