Role Overview & Responsibilities
Interval International is a global leisure company with a network of over 3,200 resorts in over 80 countries and offers high quality accommodation and leisure products through its offices in 13 countries. The role will be based in our modern offices in Kingston Upon Thames.
The Job
As a Reservation Advisor your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from US residing clients fulfilling their holiday requirements through the promotion and selling of our leisure products. As well as servicing our US clients you will also be servicing Italian residing members. Responsibilities will include:
Identifying the “holiday experience” required by our members and aligning availability to that experience, offering similar alternatives where necessary.
Promoting all company products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
Processing bookings.
The Person
To be successful in this role highly developed sales and customer service skills are a pre-requisite. In addition, you will have:
Italian (mother tongue) and English language skills
Good communication skills.
An excellent telephone manner.
First class influencing skills.
The ability to use multi-application software and reservations systems.
Sales and/or call centre experience; travel industry sector experience is desirable.
The Hours
37.5 hours per week.
Monday to Friday working between the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm
The Package
Salary: £23,319 per annum (includes language allowance)
Incentive: Circa £5,000 but uncapped so could earn much more
Benefits: Free holiday accommodation*; travel discounts, 20 days holiday rising to 25 days.
