Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client are a world leading yacht and dinghy mast maker, looking for an experienced Boat Builder.
You will take an active role within their carbon production bay in the manufacture of high-performance carbon fibre yacht and dinghy spars.
This role requires many skills of an experienced boat builder. Experience of composite production methods and techniques from the marine industry are important as the role includes:
- Wet Laminate fitting of parts.
- Accurate cutting, drilling and fixing of parts.
- Preparation and bonding of fittings.
- Cutting and bonding tube joins.
Experience of pre-preg production beneficial, but not vital.
- 39 hours per week
- Early Finish Friday
- Pay dependant on experience
