Role Overview & Responsibilities
We`re looking for a safeguarding practitioner who lives by our organisational values of Caring, Fair, and Innovative (*and has a passion for safeguarding)
We are excited to be able to offer this unique opportunity to work within our corporate safeguarding team on a permanent basis
We are looking for a compassionate practitioner, with a good understanding of safeguarding populations at risk of harm and multi-agency working, who is keen to develop their knowledge and skills in this area of practice.
You should have a good understanding of safeguarding and be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills.
The post will include the provision of specialist safeguarding advice, support and supervision on safeguarding matters to front line staff across the organisation.
The post will also include practice development and prevention of the wider harms agenda.
In return, we will offer you an insight to working within a specialist corporate function and support you through clinical and safeguarding supervision and training, to support your personal and professional development.
