Lima Homecare is a domiciliary care company covering Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

We work with vulnerable individuals to help them live their lives to the fullest in their own homes.

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our fantastic team across multiple areas in Hertfordshire; Buntingford, Ware, Hertford, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Wormley.

Job Types available:

Hourly rate:

● £13.50 - £14.00 per hour

Attendance bonus scheme and hourly rate increase will be implemented after successful completion of the probationary period.

Examples of duties will include:

● Assisting with personal care & housekeeping

● Administering medication (with training and guidance from our system)

● Companionship calls inc: Shopping trips, lunches, walks & days out.

● Preparing food & drinks for service users

● Experience in a care setting is preferred, however, this is not essential as we provide full in-house training and support out in the field.
