Food and Beverage Assistant

Kilmarnock Barassie Golf Club is looking for an experienced Front of House/ Bar staff to join the team.

The candidate must be able to multi-task, work as part of a team, on their own and be comfortable locking up and alarming the building at the end of shift. Our opening hours vary from 9am start and can be open as late as 11pm for functions. These opening hours are seasonal and change in the winter in line with daylight hours, although we have several functions in the winter so some later nights will be expected.

Coffee machine experience would be an advantage.

Candidates must be fully flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.

Holders of Personal License will be given priority although full training will be given.

Only successful applicants with appropriate experience will be interviewed.

General Duties:

- Operate standard equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to Health & Safety Standards

- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of Front of House

- Bar and barista service

- Restocking Bars

- Knowledge of Cocktails an advantage

- Waiting Tables

- Knowledge of EPOS tills an advantage

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time

Salary: From £10 - £10.50 per hour
