Job Purpose
All aspects of online Pork Butchery - Legs / Shoulders / Middles
General manufacturing and service duties.

Key Accountabilities
Remove bones from pork shoulders, legs, backs and bellies in a manner appropriate to each customer’s individual specification and at designated line speed for each product.
Carry out all tasks above whilst achieving Company yield targets.
Ensure compliance with all Company Health and Safety Policy requirements for butchery tasks.
Meet statutory, customer and Company quality and hygiene regulations at all times.
Ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with all legal, customer and awarding body requirements e.g. BQAP, Bord Bia , USDA, PRC etc.
Ensure the work area is kept clean and sanitised.
Clean and maintain all equipment in line with company requirements
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Butchery Manager.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience of butchery work, preferably gained in a production environment is preferential although full
- A high degree of safety consciousness
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness
Key Challenges
Be able to demonstrate the ability of working on own initiative.
Possess a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
