Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client is a firmly established global manufacturer with a successful and ever-expanding modern factory in Bicester. Due to company growth and high demand, our client is looking for reliable, hardworking and trustworthy people to be part of their fantastic team.
Within this role you will be…
· Lifting from 12-25kg
· Measuring
· Packing
· Completing general production duties
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria…
· Be reliable
· Punctual
· Able and happy to work shift patterns
· Willing and happy to learn a variety roles within a food manufacturing environment.
· Have safety boots
A forklift licence or experience in a food production or catering environment would be advantageous but is not required.
Alternative shift patterns will take place at this company, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. Offering £26,008 per annum and offering a great range of company benefits to include free onsite parking, free food items, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, progression opportunities and an annual bonus.

· Lifting heavy materials weighing up to 25kg
· Measuring food items
· Completing general production duties
· Packing and moving supplies
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria…
· Be reliable
· Punctual
· Able and happy to work consistent night shifts, 5 nights a week
· Willing and happy to learn a variety of roles within a food manufacturing environment
· Have safety boots
A forklift licence or experience in a food production or catering environment would be advantageous but is not required.
Usual hours of work are 10pm till 6am, 5 nights a week Sunday to Thursday, optional overtime is often available with a salary of £29,259 per annum.
The company also offers great benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, annual bonus and free onsite parking.
