We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Travel Consultant based in Bradford Town Centre
The salary package includes a salary of up to £27.5 k TO 30K OTE 55K per annum
As a dynamic Travel Agency based in Bradford city centre, we offer tailored-made holiday packages including flights and transfers, hotels, and car rentals in the United Kingdom, and the rest of the world to individuals and corporate bodies. We also provide flight-only options and organize tours and cruises.
About the role:
- Responsible for driving sales across all our travel packages
- Provide quality customer service to both b2c and b2b customers and exceed expectations at every opportunity
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to help the customers find travel packages that meet their needs
- Work proactively to identify and drive opportunities to increase sales and margin.
- Develop destination and product knowledge and engage in companywide training to develop skills.
- Deal with administrative queries efficiently and effectively.
- Establish strong communication and working relationships across the business
Skills & Experience required:
- At least one-year proven sales success within the travel industry, having worked as a reservations tour operator or travel agency
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the travel sector.
- Confident with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Self-Motivated and results-driven with a positive outlook.
- Good numerical skills.
- Strong computer, system, and administration skills.
