Concrete Repair Operatives

JB Specialist Refurbishments Ltd is a building refurbishment company specialising in concrete and structural repairs.

We are currently seeking to employ local experienced Concrete Repair Operatives to join our team to assist in undertaking contract works.

Duties of the role include assisting in specialist concrete repair operations, external painting, remedial brick work and other general refurbishment work. Previous building experience and use of power tools is essential.

Candidates must be comfortable with working at height, have a good attitude and strong work ethic, work well in a team environment, be a good timekeeper, be physically fit as practical work is involved and hold a valid CSCS card. Candidates must be willing to travel.

Depending on experience and ability, the starting salary will be £15.90- £16.94 per hour for the right candidate - typically working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
