Role Overview & Responsibilities
Hutchings Hyundai - Bridgend are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to add to the success of this award winning Hyundai dealership. This role would ideally suit a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years franchise (new/used car) experience and is looking for the next stage of their automotive career.
You will need to be a product expert, extremely IT literate - comfortable working across multiple software systems. You will be expected to sell both new, used and Motability units.
You will need to be comfortable both selling and administrating the finance and additional products.
The successful candidate will receive the highest quality of both manufacturer and on-site training to develop their sales skills and ability to sell extremely profitably with the highest level of customer service.
Basic salary: £21,500 - OTE: £39,500 uncapped & 5 DAY WEEK ROTA
- Up to £5,000 lump sum end of year bonus over and above commission
