Local Dental Network (LDN) Chair

An exciting local dental clinical leadership opportunity has arisen, and we are seeking an ethical, highly motivated, and well-respected member of the local dental profession. Working in or near the relevant local ICS area, with the vision and commitment to further develop our Dental Local Professional Networks within Humber North Yorkshire. If the candidate is currently not practicing they need to demonstrate still on relevant clinical registers and be within 5 years of practicing within the NHS.

Working in collaboration with key stakeholders and ICB partners, ensuring strong clinical leadership is central to securing, planning and developing evidence based dental care pathways, driving quality, prevention and transformational change which provides value for money.

The individual will be expected to support the dental commissioning and contracting agenda and provide expert clinical advice on on-going and upcoming procurement activities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to clinically support the process of improving access to dental care services for patients across Humber North Yorkshire, whilst reducing inequalities and encompassing evidence based, prevention focused pathway development and service review to lead to an innovative future for dental services.
