Head of Retail Operations

Are you an experienced retail manager who loves a challenge and wants to be a part of a growing and dynamic company? We are looking for a Head of Retail Operations for the UK and Ireland!

As the Head of Shops, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our shop network while ensuring sales targets are met. You will be the sales leader of our 25 branches and the promoter of our multichannel strategy. Integrity, reliability, discipline and a high level of commitment will be required.

The Job

Defining and implementing the shop strategy, implementing management processes, controlling and monitoring the shop marketing strategy, and managing and developing shop employees. You will also be responsible for piloting the expansion strategy and implementing the expansion plan.

To excel in this role, you must have experience in shop or retail management, a proven track record in a management position, operational and strategic skills, and the ability to work in a team. You will be required to travel regularly throughout the UK and have field-based customer/non-customer contact, liaise with potential suppliers/market partners, and work closely with sales teams and sales management. Some occasional international travel may be required.
