Role Overview & Responsibilities
Location: Oban Holiday Park
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Holiday Park Warden Couple to join our team at Oban Holiday Park. As a warden couple, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring the comfort and safety of all guests, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the site.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring they have a great holiday experience
- Managing and coordinating park facilities, such as toilet blocks, laundry facilities, and recreational areas
- Maintaining the grounds, ensuring they are tidy and safe for all visitors
- Overseeing security and safety procedures, including fire safety and first aid
- General maintenance tasks and repairs as needed
- Ground works
- General gardening, grass cutting, strimming etc
- Hot tub maintenance and cleaning
- Housekeeping and checking our holiday lodges
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the holiday park
- A general understanding of either plumbing, joinery or electrics is desirable but not essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues
- A hands-on approach with the ability to undertake general maintenance tasks and repairs
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
- A valid driving license
