The Role
- Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
- Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
- Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
- Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
- Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
The Requirements
- A Degree is desired
- Experience in sales or customer facing roles (B2B)
- Financially driven, ambitious and resilient
- Social and outgoing personality
