Agricultural Parts Advisor
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Proactively selling parts, products, and garden machinery to customers.
Providing Service Technicians with parts as required in a timely manner.
Managing goods in and out, receiving, checking, and putting away supplier deliveries, and informing of shortages or damaged stock.
Identifying customers’ spare parts requirements in-store, over the phone, and via email.
Following up on shortages and flagging issues with the depot Parts Manager.
Help prepare and maintain merchandise displays within the showroom.
Assist in the annual stock take programme.
Partaking in the organisation and running of shows with garden machinery equipment.
Other elements of duties and responsibilities may evolve/change with time as the role develops.
Person Specification
Key Competencies
Agricultural machinery knowledge is preferred but not essential
Strong IT skills
Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
Good verbal and listening communication skills for effective communication with customers and members of staff.
Well-presented and professional attitude.
Flexibility in duties.
