About Us
We are looking to hire a Takeaway Assistant to work as part of the team at our very busy Going Greek restaurant in Colindale. The successful applicant will be pro-active and organised, liaising between the Kitchen staff, delivery partners and customers to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. In return, you will be offered good rates of pay, a fun and friendly working environment and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities;
- Polite and clear telephone manner
- Communicate with chefs and Kitchen Staff regarding food orders
- Assist in packing food orders for takeaway and delivery services
- Deal promptly with customer queries
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, kitchen and shared areas
Requirements
- Able to remain calm and focused during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills
