Construction Skilled Labourer

We are a small building firm specialising in house refurbishments, loft conversions and extensions. We are looking for a skilled labourer with previous experience working in a construction environment, who wishes to learn the trade and develop further working alongside our experienced team.

Works, on our refurbishment site, wide variety of works available.

• Assisting trades on site
• Assisting in 1st fix carpentry such as floor joists, dormer construction, roofing.
• Assisting bricklayers, making cement mixes, stacking bricks.
• General labouring
• Carry materials
• House clearance and rip out
• Digging footings
• Site clearance and skip loading

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8am to 4:45pm, with 45 Minutes lunch break. Option of workiong through lunch to finish earlier.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Salary: £80.00-£100.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coventry City Centre, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Power tools: 2 years (preferred)
• Labouring: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: One location
