Housing Data Analyst Operations Officer – Central Bedfordshire Council

6+ month Ongoing Contract

Rate negotiable

Day-to-day duties include:

1. Undertake data analysis leading to data insights and management reporting. The insights will support the Housing Service to improve by ‘solving problems’, reducing failure demand, delivering cost efficiencies, and maximising income. The role will define methods & approach to large scale and complex change solutions.

2. Execute Business Intelligence activities for the Housing Service. Specifically, the focus will be on use of data visualisation tools to provide insight and inform service change and improvement.

3. Provide expertise in use of analysis tools (MS Power BI) and other Business Information tools such as Tableau, SAS VA, SAP Analytics, following industry best practices and methodologies.

4. Refine business processes using logic, ensuring that definitions are in place to meet business reporting standards and deliver business performance reporting.

Salary: £250.00-£350.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
