Pizza Chef/ Pizzaiolo

We have an opening for an experienced Pizza chef for a Well Established Italian restaurant in Gloucester Docks.Experience of using an authentic Neapolitan Pizza oven is essential. Duties include working as part of the Pizza team to Prepare and shape the dough, Prepare toppings using the freshest and most authentic ingredients and operate the Neapolitan Gas Pizza Oven .

Applications are invited from Candidates with Pre-Settlement qualification and also Candidates requiring a Sponsor for a Work Visa, as we are licensed.

The suitable candidate will be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards and have the ability to clearly communicate with his colleagues.
