Front of House Receptionist
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- To be the first point of contact for all members and guests entering the club
- To work with team members to ensure that the club offers a consistent customer experience that complies with Energize brand standards
- To understand the Energize systems and products and ensure communication is correct to all members and guests
- To utilise the Clubwise management system to maintain member records and book appointments
- To complete all task calls and processes generated by Clubwise
- To answer emails in an effectively timely manner
- To conduct sales tours and offer the best membership options
- To be active at gaining prospects and converting them to sales
- To promote the member referral scheme
- To deal with member complaints and membership issues
- Hourly changing room checks, ensuring kept to the highest standards and cleaning when necessary
- To be adaptable to work in other areas of the club when necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: From £9.50 per hour
