Inverclyde - Greenock and Gourock
25 Hours per week Monday to Friday

Tamsin loves being out and about within her local community and has her own vehicle so requires someone who can drive this. Tamsin is very independent and gets about using her own motorised wheelchair which she uses independently.
Tamsin enjoys different activities including listening to music and dancing, as well as going out for lunch and window shopping in particular!
Tamsin receives support five days per week, Monday - Friday and currently receives support to go to college as well as social support on her days off.

Let us introduce you to Lisa:
Lisa lives with different health conditions which can impact how she is feeling each day, Lisa is looking for someone who is fun, likes to do arts and crafts as well as encourage her to get out within the community using her own vehicle and requires someone who can drive this for her.
Lisa receives support between 7.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday (variable per day).

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within ENABLE Scotland by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be!
Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.
ENABLE Scotland creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.
