Our Burger Restaurant / Café is located in Leeds City Centre (2 minute walk from the Millennium Square). We require new staff members to expand into our team. Please see below information about the role:

Waiting Staff / Team Associate

Main responsibilities:

• Work as a team with the General Manager and other Team Members to provide a great restaurant customer experience throughout.

Maintain desired restaurant outcomes:

• Customer experience

• Sales

• Efficiency

The main duties of the role will include:

• Greeting customers.

• Taking customer orders, reporting to the chef and serving customers.

• To follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

• Use of the coffee machine and other appliances where appropriate.

• Serving and interacting with the guests, ensuring a great customer experience throughout.

• Providing great communication skills and engaging with guests.

• Providing a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for customers by maintaining shop floor, hallway and bathrooms.

• Counting and handling cash accurately and effectively.

• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude throughout.

Part time Waiting Staff / Team Associate hours available:

Monday - 12:30pm to 10:00pm

Tuesday - 12:30pm to 10:00pm

Wednesday - 12:30pm to 10:00pm

Thursday - 12:30pm to 10:00pm

Friday - 12:30pm to 10:00pm

Saturday - 12:30pm to 10:00pm

Sunday - Closed
