Role Overview & Responsibilities
This job is a 20 hour per week job supporting the medical secretaries in the Maxillofacial Department with various different admin roles

- The main daily duties will be pulling letters through from the voice recognition system that the clinicians dictate on patients from their clinic appointments.
- Collecting notes from filing for secretaries as required and returning the notes that have been used to pre file.
- Collecting notes and preparing them for clinicians to carry out police reports.
- The wards will e-mail our ward discharge e-mail account for follow ups that need booking and you will be required to check this on a daily basis and forward e-mails to the appropriate secretaries
