Role Overview & Responsibilities

About us

DSDHA is an architecture, urban design and spatial research studio whose work spans from crafting beautiful and sustainable buildings, welcoming landscapes and whole new neighbourhoods, through to writing the brief that will shape how a space might be used long into the future.

Blurring the boundaries between infrastructure, landscape, architecture and art, the studio’s work is the result of extensive dialogue with communities, as well as stakeholders and collaborators, to deliver projects that have the broadest impact.

A key member of our growing support team, you will use your excellent organisation skills to ensure the project teams are supported effectively. Externally you will be an outstanding representative of the studio to clients and collaborators, while internally you will be an approachable resource supporting our project teams with a wide range of administrative support. You will be proactive, anticipating the various project team’s needs, and also adaptable, willing to muck in when necessary to help our busy studio run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-of-house duties to maintain a continuous and professional reception, including receiving telephone calls, greeting studio guests, preparing for in-house meetings, monitoring external mailboxes and incoming post
  • HR and Administrative support to Project Directors and Project Leads, including meeting arrangements, incoming and outgoing project-related communications, reprographics, expenses and travel bookings, and some diary management
  • Coordination of internal and external reprographics needs, including copying, printing, collating and binding
