Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: up to £40,000

A great job opportunity has arisen for a Proclaim Developer/Internal IT Liaison to join our IT department based in Liverpool City Centre. You will be required to be able to display ability to develop solutions within Proclaim, from creating and updating document templates, through to building custom screens, workflows and building integrations with other systems and using import export, MIWH and web services.

Main Duties include:

· Programme and design of the Proclaim Case Management System.

· Development of new and existing workflows and document templates.

· Work and lead on various development projects as required by the business and to agreed timescales.

· Development and maintenance of internal applications.

· Development and maintenance of new business solutions across a range of technology platforms.

· Provide support for all case management related issues, including liaising with 3rd party suppliers.

· Working on various development projects as required by the business and to agreed timescalesdan

· Introduce system automation where possible, to reduce the requirement for manual intervention.

· To ensure Development work is tested, implemented, and documented

· Be able to offer comprehensive support to our end users utilising our internal support desk.

· Comply with all company rules and procedures especially those relating to health & safety, FCA Compliance and data protection with an obligation to remain informed and up to date on all such matters.

· To undertake any other duties consistent with the role.
