Hotel Reservationist

We are looking for a full time Reservations Agent to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton London Elstree. Ideally, you’ll have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to multitask and prioritise key tasks, a great eye for detail, the ability to use your initiative. Your main responsibilities would include: Establish guest reservations by obtaining guest requirements, information, and proof of payment; maintaining reservations system and database. * Answering the telephone and assist guests with making their bookings. * Taking meeting room bookings. * Completing daily detailed reservations checks and actioning guest’s requests. * Producing detailed accurate functions sheets for meetings and group bookings * Taking group enquires / making group bookings * Inputting rooming lists. You will deliver excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Experience in a similar role is essential.
