Histopathology
The Histopathology Department is seeking applications for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join our team as a HCPC registered band 5 or Specialist band 6 Biomedical scientist.
Based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, the post holder will rotate through all sections of the Histopathology laboratory to include dissection, microtomy, special stains, non gynae cytology and immunocytochemistry.
This fixed term post is to initially support the establishment of the new Community Diagnostic Centre based at Mexbrough montegu hospital. The post will be based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary with a focus on the processing and handling of endoscopy specimens originating from the new CDC.
