Personal Care Assistant CRS/NY

Location: Skipton, North Yorkshire

Hours of work: 7 hours - 1 day a week to be used flexibly.

Rate of pay:

£11 per hour plus mileage during working hours

Are you motivated and able to provide support getting out and about? Do you have a clean driving licence and your own vehicle? If so, this may be the job for you!

I’m looking for a motivated PA to assist me to get out and about, enabling me to participate in the activities that I currently enjoy, or hope to enjoy with the support of a PA. I’m a Mother in my 40’s, and suffer from FND seizures, meaning vigilance for my safety is highly important. I’m keen to improve my fitness by going to the gym, which with the support of a PA will help me to do more of the things I want, such as wheelchair tennis and rugby. I also enjoy going swimming and I am keen to explore accessible walks in the countryside. Having a driver that is willing to use their own vehicle to get me to these places is essential to the job. I require some support around the home too, with things like tidying and organising, and maybe even some occasional batch cooking.

This post requires a driver with a clean licence and own vehicle.
