We are looking for a passionate, talented and self-motivated graphic designer/video editor to join our online learning team, taking on some very exciting projects developing eLearning resources and marketing materials. OVERVIEW:
Digital Bros Game Academy is a leading skill-based training company in the digital entertainment industry that prepares aspiring developers who want to begin a career in the video games industry. Part of the Digital Bros Group, a global company, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange and operating in the digital entertainment industry with offices in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the UK, the United States, Canada, China, Japan and Australia, the Digital Bros Game Academy represents a concrete opportunity for people pursuing a career in Game Design, Game Programming Game Art and Production.

The role involves the development of creative concepts for eLearning materials including presentations, explainer videos, print and web-based materials. It also involves working with subject matter experts, collaborating on designs, and understanding their needs and objectives. This position will create and build on existing style guides and templates to develop and maintain high quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the production of videos, presentations and study aids from storyboard through to post-production

● Create graphics, animations and layouts as well as editing audio and video

● Manage the review and amendment process

● Collaborate with team members to move content through the pipeline as efficiently as possible

Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts

Candidate Requirements:

● Strong graphic design and video editing skills, including audio editing and presentation design

● Strong knowledge of industry standard design software such as AdobeCC - PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition

● Ability to generate original ideas and present creative concepts

● Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to offer creative solutions

● Solid project management and leadership to achieve target timelines

● A self-starter, able to work both collaboratively and independently

● Excellent English both written and spoken

Preferred (but not essential):
● Experience working with or for online training, eLearning, education institutions and learning platforms
● Interest in video games on all formats including PC, console, tablet and mobile

This is full-time position in remote.

Salary based on experience and ability to help grow the business and produce results.
