An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team in Croydon as a housekeeper to work in our new Rainbow Children's Unit
We have created a purpose built, state of the art unit for children's services. It has been designed by our patients and staff alike. This new unit includes a High Dependency Unit, The Inpatient Ward, Short Stay Unit, Day Care, Ambulatory and Oncology. The unit opened in May this year so there is never a better time to join Team Croydon and be a big part of our journey together!
The post holder will work as an integral part of the Children's unit team. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all patient facilities and services in the ward, ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients.
The main elements of the role are ensuring the quality, delivery, cleaning, catering and minor maintenance, together with other specified tasks to meet individual patient needs as determined by the ward sister.
