Barista

We are looking for experienced Baristas with great personality and incredible coffee skills! If you don't live & breath for great coffee, then please don't apply. Your coffee knowledge and understanding will need to be of a very high level, and you will need to be comfortable training and managing other team members in this areas of the business. We provide continuous SCA level training during your time with us to further enhance your knowledge and skills through our amazing coffee partner!

Key Skills & Responsibilities;

- Energetic and Infectious personality with ability to make someone’s day

- Work well under pressure in fast paced environment

- Have at least 2 year’s proven experience and have a good understanding of the coffee industry

- Have the motivation to set your own high standards, always delivering the customer’s expectation

- Be organised and hard working, flexible and motivated

- Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

- Barista experience

- Be able to dial in a grinder and maintain shot times consistently

- Advanced latte art skills

This role is based on sociable working hours, no split shift, and of course, a competitive salary. We require flexibility and weekend availability.
