Our client is the largest provider of private education in London and the second largest provider in the United Kingdom, they provide high calibre, private education in day and boarding schools. Presently they are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basis, this is an immediate start. The role will involve joining the team at their prep and senior schools in Marylebone, Westminster and Kensington.

The HR Advisor will provide generalist HR support to the schools in question and will be responsible for dealing with employee relations queries, case work and involvement in the disciplinary and grievance procedures with assistance from the Head of HR. The role also covers all aspects of Recruitment, On-boarding and Pre-employment checks, Payroll Administration, as well as the maintenance and update of the Single Central Record.

The successful applicant will be an experienced HR generalist, education sector specific experience is desirable. The organisation in question have asked that any applicants have a minimum of CIPD Level 3.
