This Residential Childrens Worker role will be based at one of the organisations homes in the Berkshire area, each of these homes supports a group of looked after young people. Staff will be required to bond with the young people, familiarise themselves with each young persons individual needs and the best way to support the emotional and behavioural needs of the young person. Engage with the residents on activities, ensure their safety and well being, write reports and implicate care plans.
A suitable candidate for this Residential Childrens Worker role will have a passion for supporting looked after children, must be a driver, looking for full time position. This organisation are happy to take on and train candidates who don’t have experience in a similar role providing they are passionate about supporting vulnerable young people. Experience in this role is preferred.
