General Builder/Labourer

Job Title: General Builder/Labourer

Chesworth Homes Ltd is a fast-growing, family-run construction company based in Mid-Wales. Founded in 2021 and rapidly expanding ever since we’re looking to hire several General Builders/Labourers to join our growing team.

You’ll be joining us at an exciting time and will be involved in developing some impressive projects. As a growing company, you’ll have the flexibility to shape the role to your strengths and the opportunity to advance within the role.

The Role:

Depending upon your skills and experience, you’ll be carrying out a variety of tasks on several new build and renovation projects, such as, but not limited to;

• Manual labour
• Handling of materials
• Assisting other trades
• Demolition work
• Site clearance
• Using power tools & equipment
• Blocklaying (if applicable)
• Groundworks (if applicable)

The ideal candidates will be punctual, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team. Having a good understanding of general building works would be advantageous.

Requirements:

• Experience is preferable but not necessary
• Skilled/Semi-skilled trades preferable but not necessary
• Hold a valid CSCS card (or be willing to obtain one)
• Be within commuting distance of Barmouth, Tywyn or Machynlleth
• Willing to travel between current sites
• Personal transportation is desirable but not necessary

*Salary to be negotiated and dependant on experience*
