Role Overview & Responsibilities
Brook Street Recruitment Ltd is currently working with a leading provider of housing services across NI to recruit new Housing 'Scheme Coordinators' for their 'Independent Living' sites
Working within a fold setting the candidate recruited for this role's primary role will be to manage structured care and support for residents, deal with emergencies and ensure the smooth running of the scheme.
Reporting to an Area Housing Manager the primary role will be to manage structured care and support for residents, deal with emergencies and ensure the smooth running of the scheme. This will be through various administrative and face to face meetings.
Criteria
Experience in a care / supported living capacity within the last three years ( paid or unpaid)
Good organisational and time management skills
Confident and compassionate communication skills
Sensitive and supportive to people's needs
Minimum of 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English or equivalent
Applicants will be required to provide confirmation of relevant qualifications / memberships at interview Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure Check.

Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours. Various contracted hours available.

17.5 hours per week, Belfast, BT9
18 hours per week, Belfast, BT14
17.5 hours per week, Randallstown, BT41
36 hours per week, Keady County Armagh, BT60
12 hours per week, Banbridge, BT32
17.5 hours per week, Bangor County Down, BT20
Salary: £23,194.00 - £25,874.00 per year (pro rata for part time roles )
