Duties of the Role:

· Develop oversee and maintain archive database

· On completion of projects, consolidate all electronic documents into a package which can be stored in the archive

· Catalogue, consolidate and sort old project data into the archive system to allow quick retrieval of items required

· Identify data that has been miss labelled and amend, thus improving the accuracy of queries

· Be the first point of contact for any project data requests

· Work closely with the IT department Infrastructure team to quickly identify all items that are needed for a request.

· Tackle difficult issues early by promoting early resolution to problems

· Once all legal storage requirements have been met and expired, arrange for data to be removed and destroyed, if deemed necessary

· Collate and keep up to date tracking documents/ data base

· Compile & issue regular reports on progress populating the archive & information outstanding from the regional teams

· Organise the controlled and secure destruction of hard copies & materials

· Provide support to stake holders

Key Skills & Experience Required:

· Excellent organisational listening skills

· Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards

· Time management skills

· Typing and PC skills, including Viewpoint, R Drive, Work Wallet, Project Dox and Pro Core (training will be given if required)
