Bowl Central is our brand new premier entertainment destination situated in the heart of Fareham! Combining “Pins” – Cocktail bar, Lounge and Lanes, and “Prizes” –Family Entertainment Redemption & Video Games.

Pins offers a unique experience, set in an urban environment with a premium bar housing the finest in beer, spirits and cocktails.

We are looking for a hard working, passionate and motivated applicant to assist our customers in enjoying the exciting expansion of Bowl Central in Fareham, as part of the Pins team!

With a Cockatil Bar, Lounge and 5 Bowling Lanes at Bowl Central. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to be instrumental in the opening and running of a brand new Bowl Central location.

As a Bar & Bowl Customer Assistant at Bowl Central you will be expected to follow company standards to deliver the best service possible to our customers.
You will be working parallel to our fantastic team of amusements providers, as well as receiving on the job training where necessary.

Job Overview:

Your role with Bowl Central will be essential for the smooth operation of our 5 bowling lanes & bar.
Your main duties will include:

• Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
• Taking beverage & food orders from customers.
• Preparing a range of hot drinks for the customers to company standards
• Preparing food orders to company standards
• Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with customers.
• Collecting payment for bowling, drinks & food served
• Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
• Keeping a well-stocked bar
• Maintaining a clean environment
• Complying with all food and beverage regulations

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 0-24 per week

Salary: £8.00-£10.65 per hour
