Role Overview & Responsibilities
Berry Chiswick is looking for a Trainee IT Administrator.
Your role
You will make sure our systems are functioning and meet the needs of the company. Supporting the IT help desk, and Infrastructure of the network. Ideally having some computer science qualification or any experience in a System Admin role.
Day-to-day requirements:
- Database administration
- Account access management
- Documentation for authorisation and contracts.
- System health monitoring
- System maintenance
- User starter/leavers/admin changes
- Software cleansing
- Group Data maintenance
- Malware incident audits
- Campaign creation
- DMS administration
- Asset Management IT equipment only
- Procurement of IT equipment
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory admin
Your profile
We are looking for a methodical, organised, and perceptive individual with a “can-do” attitude, who is able-bodied to lift 50 or more pounds (inventory in stores, desk movements IT equipment movements).
