Assistant Shop Manager, 3 days per week, Norwich

We are seeking a commercially aware Assistant Shop Manager for our Norwich Charity Shop and Bridal Boutique. As part of a small team, you will support the Shop Manager, in the day to day running of the shop, supervision of volunteers and making the most of donated items.

The kindness of people is the onlyway that we can make a difference in the local community and you can help usachieve this through being resourceful and responsive to the needs ofvolunteers and customers.

The working hours are 21 hours (3 days) per week to include some weekend and bank holiday working as required. The salary is £11,550 to £11,640 per annum (£19,250 to £19,400 full time equivalent). As part of our Norwich Retail team and will also have the opportunity to work at our Magdalen Street shop from time to time. Subject to eligibility/scheme rules, benefits include:
