Band 6 Specialist Intensive Practitioner - BaNES
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for new band 6's to join our team. If you are a band 5 ready to make the step in your development, then we would love to hear from you too. We would support a band 5 post with a clear personal development plan, with the aim to support you into a band 6 role within 6 months. The access teams (and all the BaNES teams) are very compassionate, and there will be many staff across the teams who would support you along your journey in your new role. We really value our workforce. BaNES Intensive is a great place to work allowing you to develop excellent clinical but also leadership skills which you might not get from other roles. The intensive team in BaNES has nurtured many clinicians with personalised training options - from a clinical and leadership perspective. Many of these clinicians have gone on to achieve promotions in the locality which has opened up roles within the team. The Band 6 clinician will work shifts, and this includes weekends and Nights. You have the options to request some shifts and we also support flexible working. We would consider full time and part time applications.
