Community Care Worker

We are looking for reliable, dedicated, and compassionate colleagues to provide quality care, support, and assistance, enabling elderly people and young adults to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

Experienced or not, we may have a role for you! We provide full training, learning and development.

What you need:

• Ideally hold a current UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes
• Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
• To be able to be flexible with regards to availability. (Current requirement of 7am - 2.30pm / 3pm – 10pm) including alternate weekends

What we can Offer:

• Rate of pay £9.60 – 10.40ph
• Option for pay on demand. You work a shift and can draw down pay to your bank immediately or leave it to build up and get paid weekly or monthly!

As a Community Care Assistant, you will:

Support our service users in a variety of ways depending on their needs, this could include but is not limited to –

• Helping with personal care – showering / personal hygiene
• Administering or prompting to take medication.
• Meal preparation
• Helping with cleaning
• Providing companionship
