Role Overview & Responsibilities
Astor are looking for kind, sensible people to join our team.
We need to cover Friday evenings (5 - 9), breakfasts, lunches and evenings on Saturdays and Sundays.
This involves supporting people to stay safely and happily in their own homes. Our clients need calls 7 days a week not just Monday to Friday so we need carers that can cover a variety of hours. You can always do more in the week if you want to.

Don't worry that you're not qualified - we will give you full, paid training before starting.
The weekend rate is higher than during the week and it's really emotionally rewarding as well. We offer paid training, holiday pay, enhanced bank holiday rates and petrol between clients (40ppm). We pay a joining bonus of £225 paid over your first 3 months.
Our carers and supervisors build a relationship so we can try and flex your schedule when needed.

All our carers are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid 19 if they are not already. We provide full PPE line with with government guidance for every visit.
