Care Assistant - Arum Care Agency

Arum Care Agency are currently looking to recruit experienced Healthcare Assistants to provide person centred care to clients within local Residential Homes and Nursing Homes in Essex.

You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients including; personal care, medications, daily activities and assisting residents to lead a more fulfilled life.

Experience required

• You must have at least 6 months experience in a similar role
• You must have the right to work in the UK
• You must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to understand as well as be understood

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will assist the residents with their personal care needs including bathing, dressing, moving around the home, assistance at mealtimes, continence care, assist with the administration of prescribed medications under the guidance/supervision of a qualified medication technician and prompting and reminding.
