Role Overview & Responsibilities
Woody Point is a residential home for Adults with a learning disability and Autism in Brampton. The home is very close to the train line.
The position involves working with individuals within the home and outside in the local community.
Our residents like to do their personal shopping and access local activities and need support to continue their independence.
This position will includes working as part of a team and may include visits organised outside of the local area.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is willing to offer support, dignity and respect to the individuals they will be working with and help them to make their own choices.
Training will be given for all staff as you will be working with venerable adults; this also includes a DBS check.
